As part of its commercial activity, The Good Lab, in its capacity as publisher of the www.sacrefrancais-paris.com website and as the person responsible for processing your data, is required to collect and process personal information about you, the user of the website and the online sales service.

The Good Lab respects your concerns about the privacy of the personal information you provide to us.   1. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

Through its website, The Good Lab collects data about you that are strictly necessary for the following purposes:

  • Management of your newsletter subscription (registration and unsubscription),
  • Management of your orders placed on the site.

The personal information (mainly your name, surname, telephone number, address, email address) that we collect for these purposes and that is essential for us to respond to your requests is indicated by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, we will not be able to respond to your requests.

The Good Lab is the sole recipient of the data.

The Good Lab will only pass on your personal data to a third party when :

  • You have given us your prior consent to share this information,
  • The Good Lab must share this information with third parties in order to provide the service you request, such as the carrier so that it can deliver your order,
  • The Good Lab is requested by a judicial or other administrative authority to provide the information.

However, The Good Lab does not control all the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

The data collected in connection with the sending of mailings and newsletters are kept until you indicate your wish to be unsubscribed.

The data relating to an order is kept for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. They may be kept longer in the event of a dispute.

Data relating to a user account is kept for the duration of the account and for a period of one year following the last use of the account.

  1. COOKIES

When you visit our site, information relating to the browsing of your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) on our site may be recorded in "cookie" files installed on your terminal.
