Refund policy

RETURN :

Once your order has been delivered to your home, we accept returns for a period of 14 days, provided that the product is unopened and undamaged and wrapped in cellophane.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • Send us an email to contact@sacrefrancais-paris.com with the reason for the return
  • We will send you the return address by e-mail
  • Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and a refund will only be made on receipt of the goods in a condition that complies with the terms and conditions of sale. We recommend that you choose a delivery against signature and keep your tracking number

YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Maybe someone else received it for you, ask around (nice neighbour, dedicated caretaker, shop on the ground floor)

If not, here is the step-by-step procedure to follow:

Step 1: make a complaint to Colissimo via the website of parcel tracking or by telephone on 3631 for France (free service + call charge).

Step 2: notify us of the loss of the package (via the contact form indicating the order reference and the claim reference, so that we can validate the loss of the package.
